On October 23rd, 2020 it was made official that Maginnis Howard would be merging with Britton Law.

Known for their excellent work in personal injury & business litigation Britton Law has served individuals and businesses in Fayetteville and the surrounding counties/cities of North Carolina for over 10 years, with the firm’s attorneys, Rebecca and John Britton, practicing in Fayetteville and the surrounding communities for over 25 years.

The firm’s attorneys and staff will continue to operate as Britton Law, but will now offer additional practice areas serviced by Maginnis Howard’s attorneys.
