Creating an exit strategy

Transitioning from one job or career to another one can be difficult even for those who don’t like their occupation. However, there are steps that can be taken to make the transition as easy and timely as possible. Having a time frame and being accountable for staying within itcan be an effective and efficient way to stay on course.
